Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies specific to the hair category, targeting key consumer segments to drive brand growth.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences, ensuring the brand stays ahead in the hair care industry.
  3. Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance hair care products that meet consumer needs and align with brand values.
  4. Manage and optimize the brand's digital presence, including social media and online campaigns, to engage consumers and enhance brand loyalty.
  5. Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure brand objectives are met and aligned with overall company goals.
  7. Lead the development of compelling marketing materials, including packaging design, advertising, and promotional content that resonates with the target audience.
  8. Organize and execute brand events, promotions, and partnerships that amplify brand visibility and foster community engagement.
  9. Monitor and manage the brand's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and adapt brand strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, specifically in the beauty or hair care industry.
  2. Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign management in the hair category.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation to drive strategy.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  5. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding, design, and consumer psychology.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects.
  7. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to effectively engage modern consumers.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  9. Passion for the hair care industry, with a deep understanding of product benefits and consumer needs.
