The Cluster Head will lead and ensure smooth operations of the multiple clinics, setting the highest protocols and standards as per the policies laid down by the organization in coordination with the Operations Manager, Nursing Manager, and CRM Manager. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee operations, drive performance, and ensure seamless delivery of patient care across multiple clinics within the cluster.
  2. Manage teams, optimize resources, and implement strategies to achieve growth and operational excellence.
  3. Exhibit strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ensure compliance with various government regulations and rules related to the functioning of medical centers.
  5. Manage operations, teams, and resources to ensure exceptional patient care and drive growth across multiple clinics.
Education & Experience:
  1. Diploma in operations, marketing, or any similar field.
  2. 4-6 years of relevant experience with 2 years supervisory experience in a Medical Centre in UAE.
  3. Proven experience in People Management.
  4. Knowledge of patient and inventory management.
  5. Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
