Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business strategies to boost client acquisition and retention.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that improve client satisfaction.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the education sector.
  4. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting clients to closing deals.
  5. Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. 3 - 5 years of experience in a Sales role, or any role with a good network of K-12 schools.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. A results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets.
  4. Strong project management and leadership skills.
