If you are an ambitious, driven individual capable of carrying out seamless sales then you are the one we are looking for.What will you be selling:Digital Marketing ServicesDigital Marketing Training CoursesMedia Design ServicesMedia Buying ServicesBusiness Consulting ServicesOutsourcing ServicesResearch ServicesService Portal SubscriptionAs a Business Development/Sales Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify promising sales opportunities.Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.Using effective communication and negotiation skills to successfully close deals with customers.Proactively sell, up-sell & cross-sell all services within the Osphere Group portfolio in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Be proactive to customer needs.Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.Maintaining client records.Participating in valuable sales training and attending industry events.Collaborating with marketing and other teams to optimize sales efforts.Assisting in the development of marketing materials and collaterals.This role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and marketing while being part of our dynamic and expanding team, as we venture into new markets. Someone who always looks for a win-win scenario.Willingness to learn - We deal in multiple services, so there will always be something new to learn and adapt to. Therefore, you'll need to have the ability to continually learn and develop to expand your service knowledge.Hunger to succeed - Must be a go-getter. No excuses. Someone who will take initiative and show results instead of just the effort.Salary & BenefitsThis is a performance-based job role.
