RustBelt Resources has partnered with a national manufacturer on anFinancial Analysis role with the organizations corporateFP&A team. The ideal person will have 2+ years ofbudgeting, KPI and trend analysis, and presentation skills.AssistFP&A Manager with retrieving and reviewing transactionalsales and purchasing data to identify meaningful trends andopportunities across the business andindustry.Supportthe management team through the creation of ad hoc templates,reports, andanalysis.Workwith the various departments to gather, assemble and analyzemonthly business results for presentation to the senior managementteam.Assistwith annual and quarterly metric tracking andcalculations.Assistthe FP&A manager with the monthly business closingprocedures.Preparereports on financial performance tailored to the needs ofleadership.Evaluatefinancial performance by comparing and analyzing actual resultswith plans and forecasts.Studyand analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommendedactions.Assistwith the annual budgetpreparation.RequirementsBachelorsin Finance orAccounting2+years experience in FP&A, trend analysis, metric reporting,and support corporate financefunctionProficientin Excel and Great Plains(preferred)Understandingof GAAP and financialstatementsExcellentcommunication and willingness to present toleadershipBenefitsFullBenefits Packageincluding:Medical,Dental,VisionSupplementalcoverages, paid life insurance, STD,LTD401kwithmatchPaidtime off andholidaysSalary+ Bonus bachelor'sin finance or accounting 2+ years in corporate FP&A, KPI andtrend analysis, presenting to leadership Great Plains andExcel INT
