Apply via Dicetoday!Position: ITDirectorAboutthe Role: Are you passionate about harnessingtechnology to drive organizational success? We're seekingan experienced IT Director to lead our technology initiatives inalignment with our business goals. As the IT Director,you'll oversee all aspects of our IT operations, fromstrategic planning to day-to-day management, ensuring seamlessintegration of technology solutions acrossdepartments.This is a direct hire positionthat will pay between $150,000-$175,000 and will be a hybridschedule located in Minneapolis,MN.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Lead thestrategic planning efforts of the IT department, fosteringinnovation and allocating resources effectively to support businessobjectives.Technology Governance: Provideoverall governance for IT activities, working closely withstakeholders to identify and implement new technologies andapplications.Project Management: Oversee allIT projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery ofobjectives, while also managing financial aspects such as budgetingand purchasing.Policy Development: Define andimplement IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuringcompliance and security standards aremet.Vendor Management: Negotiate and managevendor contracts and service agreements, staying informed about thelatest technology trends andadvancements.Business Intelligence: Design andimplement systems for generating actionable business intelligence,including data analysis and reporting.ITInfrastructure: Assess and improve the IT infrastructure andsystems, planning for future needs and ensuring network securityand disaster recovery plans are in place.CyberSecurity: Develop and implement security policies and procedures,conduct regular audits and risk assessments, and stay updated onsecurity trends and best practices.Leadership:Provide leadership to the IT team, fostering a positive teamculture, prioritizing employee development, and ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals.Staff Management:Manage a multi-location team, ensuring clear understanding of rolesand responsibilities, supporting employee growth, and administeringinternal policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computerscience or related field, or equivalent workexperience.10+ years of technology managementexperience, including 5+ years of staff management andmentoring.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPprotocols.Strong leadership, communication,and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize andexecute tasks effectively.PreferredQualifications:Experience with data modelingsoftware, ERP systems, and securitytools.Familiarity with cloud service providerssuch as AWS, Azure, and Google CloudPlatform.
