Self-Management Responsibilities •Agrees with line manager and define performance goals at the startof the year and ensures that the goals are achieved during thecourse of the year. • Identifies the training anddevelopment requirements for self and agrees on them with thereporting manager to ensure that the required trainings arearranged and attended. • Strives to achieve the highestlevels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills requiredto perform the role. • Keeps professional developments,new techniques and current issues through continued education andprofessional growth. • Be updated on bank policies andprocedures, central bank regulations and recent developments.• Offering timely resolution and satisfactory customerexperience.
