Repair Department Manager - Deputy Managing Director M/F Job titleRepair Department Manager - Deputy Managing Director M/FRoles and responsibilitiesI. Mission:The  Repair Department Manager - Deputy Managing Director  has a two-fold aspect mission, as Department Manager and Deputy Managing Director position.(1) As Repair Department Manager, the mission is to lead and successfully implement delivery of projects & services linked to Ship Repair.Objectives are:· Deliver complex and technical ship repair projects with methodology, efficiency and high professionalism;· Deploy on demand technical field services onboard or on yard, with support of experts (tech sup, Service Eng.) or partners;· Develop projects & Services: range, complexity, expertise, partnerships... to be able to cope with wider and higher demand.Strong interfaces and support will be with other Departments, in particular Maintenance Reliability & Life Cycle Dpt.(2) As a Deputy Managing Director, the Mission is to support the Managing Director in ensuring the Global and Long-term performance of the Company (people, clients, finance, organization, communication, partners).Objectives are:· Support the Managing Director to implement the Business Plan of the Company;· Ability to support and replace MD at middle term;· Responsible for QHSE, especially all the QMS (Quality Management System) of the company under ISO certification;· Spot interface with head Office (HR, Finance, operations,..) and close collaboration with MD.II. Responsibilities:  Security:  Evaluate, implement and coordinate Group's Security policy. Sales:  Develop and improve sales activity. Marketing : Local market analysis, client visits, promote BOURBON Services using Corporate standardized marketing tools. Contract Management:  Ensure contracts execution, client satisfaction and follow invoicing and cash collection to be properly managed. HR:  Ensure implementation of corporate guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations to all company activity with regards to Wages, Unions, Promotions, Salary increase, Dismissals, Evaluation, Employee benefit, Training Local content:  Ensure local content requirements are met in line with local requirements and with BOURBON/Company's commercial. Finance/Administration/Cost Control : P&L maximization and improvement. Implementation and monitoring of cost control and compliance, Business analysis, Bank relations, Cash Management-Cash pulling, Local taxes, Local insurance. Suppliers : select, interface and work with suppliers HSE:  Implement Client HSE procedure on board, run investigations locally and ensure the applicability of the procedure. Quality:  Implementing process approach in line with BOURBON guidelines and policies and adapt to local legal requirements. Partners Liabilities:  Ensure implementation of board decisions in company's action plans. Report regularly the progress.
