Company DescriptionAccor's Ibis Sydney Airport is looking for a rising star to join the team as Night ManagerIbis Sydney Airport is 3.5* Hotel with 200 Rooms right in the Sydney Airport precinct and close to the domestic terminal. You lead with making every person feel welcome and create memorable experience, right from GO!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, guest-focusedNight Manager,to join the Front Office Leadership team.As a Night Manager at Ibis Sydney Airport, you will lead and supervise the Front Office Department's operational functions throughout the night.Lead and supervise night shifts, ensuring safety, security, and a seamless guest experience.Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on shiftPrepare reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient and friendly service.Maintain responsibility for the overall auditing and administration function of the night team.Generate reports for management, offering valuable insights into daily hotel operationsQualificationsThe successful candidate must have the ability to build Human Connections, and lead from the Heart.Experience in Hotel Front Officeor similar role.Ability to work night shifts (11pm-7:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Preferred experience using Opera CloudExceptional communication skills both written and verbal.Additional InformationWhat is in it for you:ALL Heartist, Employee benefit card, offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide on Accommodation and Food & BeverageLearning programs through our "Learn your Way" Academy platforms, ongoing training and development opportunities (self-pace, virtual webinars, face to face)Become a Heartist and work in an environment where we encourage you to bring your real self to work, unleash your creativity and have fun
