Role Purpose:Efficiently manage the planning process by monitoring Open-To-Buy (OTB), analyzing sales trends, and providing strategic insights to enhance overall inventory performance. Streamline inventory forecasting, allocation, and distribution processes to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Monitor OTB & provide updates on a weekly basis to buying team & management on changes required based on Sale Trends & goods coming in. Constantly look for improvements required within the OTB / Sales Forecast / In Transits.Monitor seasonal trends, peaks & troughs such as XMAS, BTS, EID, SUPER SALE etc. & advise on inventory cover, plan inventory requirements & fast track orders.Provide weekly updates on variety available in terms of Brands & Subcategories within each division across shops, in transits & HO stock.Retail KPI analysis on a weekly basis By Region, store, Concept & Division. Provide insights on low-performing areas & suggest improvements needed in detail.Monitor online product supply & ensure the agreed QTY is passed on to ECOM. Also, suggest movement of inventory between Online & Retail.Review store profiling on a quarterly basis & advise on changes required based on ASP, Sales Density, Flip & Other key KPI's such as conversion, Shopper Yield, ATV & UPT.Identify aged inventory across the business. Ensure monthly slashing process is executed effectively across all shops. Review slashing list on a monthly basis to identify anomalies. Coordinate with buyers & category managers to highlight slow-selling groups or SKUs to prevent them from coming into the business again.Publish territory level dashboards on Sales & inventory on a weekly basis.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, supply chain management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in the fashion retail industry.Proficiency in demand planning software and statistical forecasting tools would be an advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and sales forecasting methodologies.If you think you are fit for this job position, then apply right away.
