Guide clients through company incorporation in Qatar's free zones and other jurisdictions, including various company types.
- Handle license renewals for existing and new clients.
- Ensure smooth company incorporation and license renewal processes.
- Prepare, manage, and report client documentation to management.
- Liaise with government and free zone authorities for operational and administrative tasks.
- Advise new clients on company setup options in Qatar, customized to their business needs.
- Identify and propose cost-effective and suitable company formation solutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.
- Coordinate post-setup services like bank account opening, visa services, and document services.
- Perform due diligence on clients and ensure compliance with Qatar's legal and commercial standards.
