Assistant General Manager

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including recruitment, deployment, and management of the workforce.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's budget, financial performance, and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the UAE.
- A total of 8 years of professional work experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
