Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Petroleum)NationalityAny NationalityAnyVacancy1 VacancyJob DescriptionThe Sales Manager (Industrial Solutions ) will be responsible for driving the continued successful growth in the assigned products portfolio and segments. The Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. It is expected that this individual has relevant experience in this field and will be managing a team of Sales Engineers and Inside Sales. This individual needs to be highly motivated, a self-starter who can influence and drive change to help achieve the growth aspirationsDesired Candidate ProfileDevelop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenues and margins in line with company expectations.Driving sales growth through Oil & Gas Operator, Industrial End Users, EPCs and Fabricators for the assigned product portfolio, through strategic sales objectives, technical support, field visits and product demonstrations.Leading the sales team to achieve their objectives. Person who can understand the big picture.Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presenceAchieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.Having proven ability to work within assigned Major Accounts, understanding their strategic objectives and being able to facilitate mid- and high-level meetings between their key stakeholders and influencers.Establish/maintain key customer relationships (identifying, progressing and closing sales opportunities)Developing strategies for growth including market pricing and margins.Tracking new pursuits and provide the Key Stakeholders with regular updates and likelihood to win.Present sales, revenue and profits and realistic forecasts to the management team.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:· Experience with Industrial Products Eg: Hydraulic products, Power transmission, Industrial Tools and Cutters in Oil & Gas and Industrial sector (10years +)· 10+ years of Sales, Marketing or Product management experience· Experience in leading a sales team· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field· Excellent written and verbal communications skills· Interaction with customer technical stakeholders· Proven history of results in a fast-paced environment· Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving and commercial ability· Ability to work with a clear mind, whilst under pressure· Preferred experience in Qatar.
