Opportunity descriptionAl Jazeera Media Network is offering a in Qatar as a Executive Manager. Duties & responsibilities Planning weekly coverage of the networks internal updates which are published weekly on the Networks Internal Portal. Creating a schedule of communication objectives and milestones for each project. Coordinate and facilitate corporate communications from all internal entities. Effectively lead internal communications team to achieve overall objectives. Work with the team to organize conferences, meetings and town halls for the purpose of facilitating communication between management and employees. Organize events that foster relationships amongst employees and provides them with a sense of belonging. Translate necessary contents as and when required. Ensure proactive engagements to promote channel's content and corporate brand. Provide copy writing for various PR purposes, e.g. Press releases, social media posts and other communication materials. Assist the head of section on preparing the quarterly and annual activity reports detailing internal communications achievements, results, and evaluation, whilst continuously updating the report when needed as per implemented campaigns and events. Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested. Degree in Journalism, Communications or Business related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in journalism, communications or other related fields is preferable. Job locationQatar (Doha)
