OVERVIEWThe Governance Div. focuses on how the organization is led and managed. The Governance Div refers to maintaining honest and transparent accounting practices and regulatory compliance.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and prioritize the company's Governance material topics, planning and development of sustainability strategy and implementation roadmapTrack performance of Governance programs across the company.Coordinate with business lines and other corporate functions to manage deployment of Governance programsCoordinate with communications department to develop and implement sustainability disclosure and communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders groupsLeads governance initiatives in line with the integrated ESG strategy to meet environmental targets in line with the corporate strategy and CEO ambitionCoordinate with team developing Corporate Strategy to provide ESG-related inputs to help shape Corporate Strategy and receive inputs to help shape ESG Strategy in alignment with Corporate StrategyDevelops KPIs and collects governance data across the business to measure and track progress towards targetsPartakes in strategic governance decision making and liaise with other departments to ensure governance issues are tackled across the businessProvides governance-related SME inputs and pushes for governance innovationDevelop and publish the company sustainability Annual reportWorks closely with the Generation, Risk and Compliance, and Legal Affairs departments amongst others.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Politics, Economics, Business, Engineering or Related Field.Knowledge of governance sustainabilityGovernance knowledge in the development of ESG Relevant policies, standards, and frameworksGRI certificationTraining courses in ESG .
