Facility Engineer: Dammam 3rd Industrial City

Coordinate with the Engineering department to manage and document the planning, designing, and installation of various projects at the facility. Projects typically consist of, building and equipment renovation and installation, and process improvement projects.
Handle all requirements of the project including but not limited to feasibility, specification, cost estimates, potential vendors, project schedules, Engineering acceptance, and conformity to governmental codes.
Develop, implement, maintain, document, and monitor all coating plant equipment and facilities, ensure that equipment is being operated and maintained to provide safe and continuous plant operations and to minimize equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshoot process problems in the plants when needed. This will include equipment and coating application problems.
Serve as operation field support for the operation team including but not limited to technical based troubleshooting of equipment, modifications of existing equipment, and installation of new equipment.
Create and provide Project Schedule updates and reports by conducting and leading weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, contractors, suppliers, and other team members to develop project execution plan.
Liaise project issues, clarifications and updates with the respective group and coordinate with the engineering department whenever necessary.
Create Bill of Quantities, develop project budget, time frame, and identify key elements.
Create project timeline and monitor progress reports. Prepare and present project updates to Senior Management Team.
Participate in the "Management of Change" HSE process for assigned capital projects.
Be alert to safety hazards in the field and be willing/capable of performing hands on tasks. This includes hands-on equipment construction, modification, and installation within the NOV Tuboscope Facility.
Projects are assigned by the Coating Plant Manager.
