As they scale their operations, they are in search of a Chief Financial Officer to steer their financial vision and strategy amidst rapid growth.Duties and Responsibilities:• Direct the company's financial goals, objectives, and budgets.• Oversee the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing.• Analyze the company's financial details to identify development opportunities.• Monitor and analyze the market trends, competitor offerings, and any shifts in the external landscape.• Develop and implement strategies for both the short term and long term financial goals of the company.• Work closely with other C-level executives to ensure that the financial strategies align with overall company objectives.• Lead financial meetings and present financial reports to stakeholders, board members, and other company executives.• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Qualifications:• Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.• CPA or CMA qualification is preferred.• 12+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
