• Analysis local market trends andcompetitor activity to identify new business leads •Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drivebusiness into the specific hotel/cluster and to increasemarket/customer share in all revenue streams • Negotiateroom rates/packages with corporate clients • Develop andimplement creative local marketing channels, including social mediachannels • Prepare company contracts for the hotel inaccordance with current business and pricing conditions •Work within current business strategies and recognising potentialopportunities • Cooperate with other departments in thehotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong,comprehensive sales programs
