As a graphic design officer youwill be responsible to develop excellent quality designs/layoutsfor division presentations manuals documents etc. to ensure designsare as per QR corporate guidelines and standards. Check and proofcontent/design for errors and make necessary corrections to artworkby using desktop publishing software and tools to design developand produce camera ready copies. Monitor visual representation ofwork in progress as per instructions of Line Manager and other teammembers throughout the process and make modifications to align withQR standards.Developing design designelements and layout formats as per the project and teamsrequirements to ensure that quality graphic work is developed asper QR standards.Managing graphic designapplications and select appropriate size style type and prepareprofessional material for commercial and/or officialpurposes.Positioning text and art elementsfrom a variety of databases in a visually appealing way in order todesign print or web pages as required by the Project requirementsand Line Manager.Editing photographs imagesand/or the artwork to ensure that images created are as realisticand impactful as possible ensuring high quality and aestheticallypleasing.Ensuring that all relevant changesare agreed upon with the concerned stakeholder prior to updatingmaterial. Support departmental colleagues in formatting printingand preparation of documents including artwork specificationsfeedback reports and presentations as and whenrequired.Supporting the design team withsupplier coordination preproduction sampling reviews anddocumentation to ensure that supplier is well informed fromtechnical aspects to produce/provide intendedresults.Creating professional standardinformative materials for distribution to colleagues or otherdepartments as and when required.Providingdesktop publishing and general digital artwork support to theprojects / Line Manager.Performing otherdepartment duties related to his/her position as directed by theHead of theDepartmentThis job hasbeen sourced from an external job board.More jobson
