- Resource will be reporting to QT PM andwill be responsible to execute any tasks given by QT PM.- Resourceshould be capable of doing Techno-functional tasks for mainlyFinance and - Procurement modules additional HR and Projectmanagement modules added advantage. - Resources should be availablefrom 8:00am to 4:00pm, Qatar time. - Provide onsite bilingual orEnglish techno functional support to users - internal and external.- (Vendor has to submit CVs and cost for both bilingual or Englishresource) - Utilize QT ticketing system.- Update detailedresolution for each ticket. - Update root cause for each ticket -Build the needed Knowledgebase. - Implement minor changes in thesystem. - Need to work closely with QT IT team & businessteam.- Proactively detects and resolves incidents and problems. -Simplify the management of the underlying heterogeneous ITenvironment. - Setup knowledge base for frequently asked questions.- Interact with Technology Vendor and Level 3 Support team forproviding necessary problem details. - Quality testing, Integrationtesting and deployment for tickets closed by L3. - Ensure thatSupport Services delivered in a consistent and with a securemanner. - Conduct cause analysis for the repeated incident toprevent it from recurring. - Control changes in the productionenvironment to minimize the impact on the IT services. - Achievecomplete Configuration Management Database for in scope services. -Support QT in performing capacity management of underlyingenvironment for in scope services. - Provide end-user training andend-user support throughout the implementation. - Utilize ERPimplementation standards and tools/documents. - Participate andlead workshops uncovering requirements to efficiently implementD365 F&O - Work collaboratively with a team encompassingmany different backgrounds and experience levels. - Manage anddocument business and system processes making use of Microsoftcloud-based tools including Lifecycle Services and Azure Dev Ops -Ability to learn and stay current with Microsoft technology toenhance the client experience with new and upcoming features. -Provide daily user support and troubleshooting of issues. - Must beable to QA test, implementation work & development work andto ensure business requirements are met. - Create and developdesign specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation. -If required design, test, and implement customizations. - ConfigureDynamics 365 environment to meet client requirements. •*Basic qualifications**:
