JobDescriptionRolesandResponsibilities:TheJobholder has to manage Projects and Programs in Microsoft D365 CESolutions deployment and upgrade factory. He/ She has to understandthe Processes, Scope as per the SOW and Project Management aspects.Job involves understanding the requirements , ensure qualitydeliverables, discussions with stakeholders and follow up with thecustomer, Partners to meet Project specific KPIs.TheProject Manager would mainly be responsible for thefollowing:ProjectPlanning &execution:1.Understand the requirements with respect to client expectations andScope ofWork2.Responsible for requirements management and manage project withintime, cost andquality3.Timely and proactive management of risks, Escalation Management andCustomerService.4.Review and guide teams on Project planning, scheduling, monitoringand customerescalations.5.Drives scrum calls and Communicates regularly with client forproject deliverables and Progress.6.Proficiency in automating and optimizingprocesses7.Competent in team building and team communicationstrategies8.Making sure employees meet performanceexpectations.9.Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure andhealthy.10.Tracking the metrics /work hrs and timely status reporting11.Knowledge on Azure DevOps, Powershell scripting, D365 CE , D365F&O Solutiondeployments12.Good to have knowledge on Logic Apps and functionApps13.An individual directly responsible for the health and operation ofCI/CD tools and platforms within an organization. A resource thatis knowledgeable in optimizing their team s development and releasepractices.14.Having good blend of skills in Dynamics 365 CE full projectlifecycle experience with Power Platform , including Power Apps,Power Automate, CDS (Common Data Service/Dataverse) andAzure.15.Experience in handling dynamics CRM, AX upgrade projects andSolutiondeployments16.Knowledge on JavaScript, Custom workflows, Plug-ins, SDKs andCustomizations, C# programming language isdesirable.17.Experience in D365 field service, customer service upgrade , DataMigration , Power BI is a plus.18.Manage all aspects of the end to end release process19.Ensures coordination of build and dev/test environments teams andrelease teams20.Upskilling theAssociatesVendor/ResourceManagement:1.Build a coordination and connect across teams andpartners2.Act as SPOC for all Billing related activities involved inproject.Processand QualityManagement:1.Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes andstandards.2.Understand the process and identify process gaps to bring incontinuous improvements and efficiencies for projectdeliverableQualifications1.BE/ B.Tech, MBA,MCA or any Graduate with good Project ManagementExperience2.8+ Years of Overall Experience with minimum 2 Years of Experiencein handling Project in release management involving AzureDevOps.3.Strong communication, Analytical and Troubleshootingskills.Design Technical lead
