Operational •Monitor and maintain implement online learning platforms •Engage with online learning communities to identify learning needsand opportunities to smoothen the learner's experience.• Support the management in developing skills to ensureemployee mature and adapt in new ways of employee training.• Implement the effectiveness and efficiency of learningby supporting other training teams in their training design toalign with 70:20:10 principles • Facilitate collaborativeinitiatives to build high performing business units aligned withthe business strategy and leadership agenda • Research andrecommend best practices in collaborative learning •Planning, Developing and Designing • Plan and implementopportunities for members of staff to network, communicate, mentorand learn from each other • Develop and implement blendedlearning and online learning solutions • Plan, develop anddesign learning events (i.e. Conferences, communities of practice,etc.) Management and Leadership • Create solidprofessional relationships with stakeholders, customers, managementat all levels within the business • Act as a ambassadorfor Talent Development by forging and maintaining positiverelationship with internal & external customers •Demonstrate initiative, a 'can do' attitude andpassion for learning and collaboration. • Lead andcontribute to team projects as required. Development •Take responsibility for own personal development and growth ofexpertise • Assist and promote the establishment ofdepartment or team objective related to the 70:20:10 concept andcollaboration assist and support business objectives. •Train Qatari staff in the duties above. • Perform otherdepartment duties related to his/her position as directed by theHead of the Department. Operation Safety • Ensure fullawareness of work health & safety requirements andexpectation in the order to minimise health and safety risks forself & colleagues • Ensure compliance to allrelevant safety, security, quality and environmental managementpolicies, procedures and controls across the operation to guaranteeemployee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of highquality service with a responsible environmental attitude• Take a direct and personal interest in reportedinjuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure thatappropriate reporting, investigation and response is beingachieved. About You Qualifications Essential Min.bachelor's degree Preferred • Formal trainingaccrediation from a global recognised body/institution. •Project management qualification. Previous Experience Essential• Minimum of 5 years of job related work experience• Minimum of 5 years training experience •Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management •Experience working with digital learning/social learning.• Experience and/or knowledge of classroom technology• Experience with e-learning/digital learning projects& related training
