Subject Matter Expert forall Electrical related activitiesat site, including PMS, PDCS,ELICS systems for multi project /multi disciplinecommissioningteam.Attend (Witness/Hold)all site related Electrical activitiesandwalkdowns.Ensure technicalinterface with site project team (PMT,Contractor,OES)Review Contractorplanning and scheduling activities forPre-Commissioning andCommissioning to ensure coordination with other aspectsofwork.Monitor Contractorperformance and provide advice asnecessary to ensure design goals,philosophies and specifications areachieved.Review alldocumentation relates to Pre-Commissioning andCommissioning.Participateat site to ensure safe execution of SystemsCompletion activitiesand provide guidance on Mechanical Completion,Pre-commissioning,Commissioning and Turnover of equipment and systemsasrequired.Develop andmanage effective work packs, tools,commissioning plans to ensure asmooth and safe hand-over to permanentorganization.Lead andmanage clear communication and reporting lines forall matterspertaining to commissioning for NFPS Offshore Project andensurecompliance with LNG Project Management (QGPM)requirements.Coordinate andshare lessons learned from previous projectsand maintain a registerof current lessons learned for use in futureprojects.
