Responsiblity:Scheduling,rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments asrequired.Answeringpatients' questions regarding basic medical tests andprocedures.Providinginstructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared forexaminations andprocedures.Confirmingpatientappointments.Courteouslyreceiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages asneeded.Explainingfinancial requirements and obligations to patients and enteringpayments into the practice managementsystem.Schedulingreferral appointments andfollow-ups.Verifyinginsurance details and informing patients of un-coveredfees.Filingdocuments and organizingsupplies.
