Chief Marketing Officer (Real Estate/Holiday Homes Investment)

Location: Dubai Salary: AED 15,000 - 35,000 Depending on experience Posted at: Dec 09, 2022 We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on investments and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. Experience in the holiday homes investment sector is a plus. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns. The CMO will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, developers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in marketing, are essential for this role. Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's marketing efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, developers, and partners
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business strategy
- At least 10 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on investments and experience working in an established company
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
- Experience in the holiday homes investment sector a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in marketing
