Join our team as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional solutions in HR technology. You will play a pivotal role in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules, translating business needs into system requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your missions- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Central, to meet partner requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
- Identify issues within the SAP SuccessFactors environment and implement effective solutions.
- Manage the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct system testing and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an SAP Consultant, specifically with Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Central modules.
- Proven ability to configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating business processes into system configurations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Passion for technology consulting and problem-solving in HR systems.
