Adalat Dental Holding DMCC is looking for a Finance Data Analyst for JLT office in Dubai.Company ProfileAdalat Dentalzorg dentistry is an existing European group, based in Amsterdam, that is currently expanding to the UAE (Dubai JLT with DMCC Branch) with the aim to provide the highest standards of service. The group has a full range of dental specialties that allows for a lot of new skills and knowledge to be gained.In this versatile and dynamic position, you are responsible for an efficient progression of all occurring operational matters concerning the debtor administration. You make various overviews and analyzes, check, monitor and provide periodic reports. You ensure the realization and optimization of our debtor policy and will report to head office and make the finance team stronger.ResponsibilitiesManaging and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables;On time identification of payment arrears;Contacting debtors in writing and by telephone;Sending the reminders and account statements;Weekly cleaning of the debtors list, in particular checking advance payments and internal correspondence about this with various health insurers, booking and processing this in our financial system;Consulting with internal departments about disputes and work on an acceptable solution for both the patient and the organization;Determining credit limits;Conducting Credit Checks;Dealing with questions and files bailiff;Handling payment arrangements and liaising with debt collection agencies;Data analyses;Making weekly/monthly reports as required by the head office;Working directly with head office and performing other work as instructed.Job RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related area;Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written;Create Audit and Quality reports;IFR-Standards;Making Forecastings;Knowledge of WPS-Payments;Tax & VAT knowledge of UAE;Knowledge of Transfer Pricing (TP) rules and regulations UAE;Excellent knowledge of data collection and analysis methods;Experience with data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Knowledge of Accounting packages (Exact-Online);An analytical attitude, result-oriented and accurate;Excel skills are required;Knowledge of Office package;Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is an advantage;Problem solving ability;Analytical ability;Result-oriented, Proactive;Planning and organizational ability;Accuracy and integrity;Stress resistant;Team player;Creativity in finding solutions;We OfferA challenging position within a dynamic, informal and well-organized professional organization, with a good salary.
