Job Description Parsons is seeking an exceptional HSE Manager to join our team, specializing in advanced manufacturing and technology building projects. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of health, safety, and environmental strategies to ensure a culture of safety excellence across all project stages. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs for all project sites.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors on HSE best practices and protocols.
- Investigate safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of continuous safety improvement and awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HSE management for large-scale industrial projects.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to implement HSE strategies and manage risks effectively.
- Experience managing HSE for advanced manufacturing and technology projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Proven ability to foster a safety-first mindset across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with incident investigation processes and corrective action planning.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate safety performance and drive continuous improvements.
