Job Title: Biochemical Process Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Chemical)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharmacy)
- MSc, PhD or BSc in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering
- Develop and optimize biochemical processes for the extraction and characterization of stem cell derivatives.
- Perform advanced analyses of bioproducts to ensure quality, efficacy, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate research findings into scalable production processes.
- Design and implement pharmaceutical-grade processes for the development of stem cell-based therapies.
- Conduct research on formulation, stability, and delivery mechanisms for regenerative medicine products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical production and documentation.
- Lead the design and optimization of biotechnological processes for stem cell cultivation and product development.
- Operate and troubleshoot bioreactors, filtration systems, and other specialized equipment.
- Integrate innovative technologies to enhance process efficiency and scalability.
- Proven expertise in bioproduct development, biotechnological processes, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in GMP environments and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using advanced laboratory and bioprocessing equipment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams.
