  • Compliance with all Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
  • Effectiveness in resolving customer complaints
Technical And Interpersonal Skills
  • Good understanding and experience in Business Support department operations.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and administering ARIS, Salesforce, and Oracle systems, providing a valuable advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in procurement processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
  • Strong background in finance and budgeting, with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant software and systems used in business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and optimize processes.
QUALIFICATION Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Management or IT Management. Business Process Management and Project Management Certifications Preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
