Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) Nationality: Indian, Any Nationality Gender: Male Vacancy: Job Description

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
Advise to develop Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, and other Technical Documents.
Supervise and execute work at site in coordination with all trades and subcontractors.
Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize your technical proficiency to oversee and execute construction activities on-site.
Resolve technical issues and challenges promptly to ensure smooth project progression.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and construction professionals.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Contract Management:

Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Work closely with the procurement team to source and acquire necessary materials and services.

Health and Safety:

Uphold and enforce safety regulations on the construction site.
Conduct safety training sessions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction in the UAE.
A total of 10 years of overall experience in civil engineering.
Proven track record of successful project management and execution.
Strong technical capabilities and familiarity with construction industry software/tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
