As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger - togetherJob DescriptionSupport setup and facilitation of PCG Governance forumsDrive Strategy development and execution roadmapDesign and execute Operating modelLead ad-hoc Business development initiatives to drive topline growthDesign Performance scorecards, and track/ report on periodic basisSupport development of Business Review documentDrive key and track strategic business activities such as Key Account Planning, Customer Engagement, Pipeline Management, Cross-sell monitoring etc.Develop and maintain Business DashboardPerform Financial analysis (with support from Business Finance)Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required)Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the businessBehavioural SkillsSelf-starter - the incumbent must be able to lead workshops and help formulate requirements, options and solutions with an ability to get things done through others; able to identify proactive, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the business;Strategic thinker with strong analytical, and problem solving mindsetCustomer Focus - understand customer perspective when developing requirements and ensuring fit for purpose customer friendly solution are designedStrong communication skills are required to draw out requirements and to challenge where appropriate and to establish bond with key stakeholdersA high degree of self-assurance/initiative and business sense is required to perform responsibilities independently or collaboratively in a team environment as requiredQualificationsMust have Masters or Bachelor's Degree in business related fields8+ years experience in Banking Industry, preferably corporate and investment bankingMust have experience in Strategy and Business management function with strong written and verbal communication skillsHands on experience in structuring and manage ambiguous/ complex business challengesAbility to work with people at all levels in an organisation and with people from many cultural backgrounds.Effective at managing a number of competing prioritiesA Strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example demonstrating an ability to deliver set tasks, objectives and strategic prioritiesProject Management ProfessionalProficient in MS Office with Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skillsBusiness Analytics, Data Analytics and Reports
