Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute production activities, considering customer orders and project specifications.Champion safety guidelines and regulations within the production area.Provide guidance and supervision to production teams to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with the design team to evaluate design feasibility for production.Monitor and manage production processes for accuracy and efficiency.Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold product quality.Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Address production-related challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Optimize resource allocation to meet production targets effectively.Job RequirementsExperience in a Joinery company is a must.At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably.Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to production supervisors and teams.Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the production department.
