Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour and Travel Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, tours, and services to our clients. Your goal will be to help clients find the perfect travel experiences that meet their needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, and itineraries.
- Provide detailed information about travel options, pricing, and special promotions.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and payments.
- Assist clients with travel documentation and visa requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Previous experience in travel sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
- Proficiency in using booking and reservation systems is a plus.
