FewerClicks is looking for a hunter role focused on generating new business for IT services and technology solutions. Work in a fast paced, growth oriented, exciting environment in a well-established organization with stellar track record in the global market. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound leads.Experience: 2-4 yearsLocation: Dubai, UAERequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.Deep understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and customer needs.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.Skills/ResponsibilitiesBuild sales funnel, business development & marketing for new accounts.Organize, manage and develop contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities.Develop sales strategies and, using a CRM, track the progress of the sales stages and report on a weekly basis.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth process of project.Strong communication skills essential as you will interact with clients, senior management, the Board, other consultants, and technical staff.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth process of project.Bonus PointsExperience with Blockchain industry.Training the Sales team for prospect market.Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.We offer equal opportunities to all candidates based on their abilities and work performance, without discrimination on any basis.
