Customer Service Representative - Al Futtaim LogisticsAl-Futtaim Logistics is a leading Supply Chain Management company in Dubai, UAE, with our major shareholder being one of the largest business houses in the lower Gulf region. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to ensure that daily customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all freezone rules and regulations.The key responsibilities are as follows:Inbound and Outbound system functionality - GR & GI accuracyInbound and Outbound documentation - accuracy in customs documentationReporting - accurately updating of all internal reports and in agreed timeCustomer Service - increasing the customers confidenceInventory Controls - PI counts & subsequent system transactionTo be successful in this role, you will have the following skills/experience:At least 1 year experience within a customer service roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication skills both written and oral - in English language compulsoryBe prepared to work in shifts or additional hours depending on customer requirementAbility to work well as a team with 100% customer focusAn enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing excellent service to our customersExcellent telephonic etiquettes is essentialDegree educated compulsoryWorking knowledge in MS office, especially excel and preferably in any WMS system
