Technip Energies Technip Energies is a leading Engineering & Technology company for the energy transition, with leadership positions in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), hydrogen and ethylene as well as growing market positions in blue and green hydrogen.We are currently seeking an Information Security Project Manager (ISPM), reporting directly to Project Manager / Director (or equivalent) to join the team based in Abu Dhabi.About The Role:Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:Coordinate the IT Information Security activities for the project(s) you are assigned to.Represent the T.EN Information Security posture in front of other Departments or Clients.Handle various activities related to IT Information Security, such as risk assessment, treatment, implementation of measures, and follow-up of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Define the OT Information Security strategy and planning of activities if required, and supervise a small team of OT Cybersecurity Engineers.Main Duties:Projects' documentation analysis and writingRelationship management inside and outside your project(s)Implementation of specific Information Security measuresInformation Security risk assessmentInformation Security auditsInformation Security trainingsTeam's coordination or supervision for OT CybersecurityProposals' documentation analysis and writingReportingAbout You:Catch this opportunity and invest in your skills development, should your profile meet these requirements.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Operations Technology, or Project Management activities in a technical context (like engineering services).Experience in the Energy sector or another industrial sector is ideal.Experience in team management is preferred.Diplomas or certifications in Cybersecurity will be given preference.Ideally, you have knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO / IEC 62443.Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.Project Management skills account for 50% of your future success, implying the capability to prioritize, plan, and budget activities for delivering a service, communicate about them, trigger necessary collaboration, and reach completion on time and within budget.A strategic point of view on IT or OT Information Security and the capacity to explain it to non-IT practitioners will be an asset.Comfortable working with various documents, including IT specifications, procedures, or contracts.Autonomy and ability to coordinate with multiple Project roles (engineers).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving mindset.Client and Business-oriented.Contract and cost-minded.Habit of working in a fast-paced environment (project mode).
