Human by nature.Evaluator - Fabric & Home Care - Your future position?We are recruiting for an Evaluator to join a small Evaluation team, based in Morocco, offering an excellent opportunity for both your personal and professional development.As an Evaluator within the Fabric & Home care team, you will provide fragrance winners to Sales by managing briefs, evaluating and selecting successful fragrances according to priorities set by the Creative Centre Director.The role will focus on local customers in Maghreb and West Africa, and you will be responsible for the fragrance development activities, alongside Account Managers (Sales), Marketing, Consumer Market Research, and Laboratory experts. You will need to ensure quick turnaround response to customers' briefs utilizing existing systems and set up of Givaudan.Sounds interesting?It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.Reporting to the Creative Centre Director, in this exciting role, you will:ProjectsManage internal resources according to project priority by immediate superior.Set up action plan/time table for each brief.Set general fragrance directions, organise evaluation sessions, evaluate candidates and provide feedback to perfumers.Coordinate with other departments specific needs on briefs.Ensure feedback to sales.CreationMotivate and stimulate perfumers to achieve optimum creation.Generate confidence.Investigate potentially promising olfactive routes with perfumers.Participate to the elaboration of the fragrance Library.Develop and update a good olfactive knowledge of significant marketing brands.Feed marketing with olfactive judgement of strategic marketing products and be ready to give olfactive presentations to clients.Develop a better understanding of consumer attitudes thanks to market research.Develop a good understanding of client's culture thanks to marketing.Feed the affiliates regularly with the best themes created in order to keep them up to date with the collection and use local Creative Fragrance Managers for upgrade on local taste.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world? Then come join us - and impact your world.Your professional profile includes:Advanced degree in perfumery with minimum.2-3 years' functional/technical experience in the industry.Good knowledge of the industry and the customers.Passion for perfume and olfaction.Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, tenacity, curiosity, resilience, creativity, pro-activity, storytelling (internal and customers), and team spirit.Ability to build customer intimacy.Excellent organisation skills, and ability to handle several projects at once.Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
