Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's overall business strategy. Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to bring innovative product concepts to life. Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and pain points. Define product requirements, features, and functionalities that address market demands. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position and launch new products successfully. Analyze product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the logistics and industrial technology space. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. Manage product budgets effectively and secure necessary resources for development. Qualifications Minimum 10-15 years of experience in product management or a related leadership role within the logistics or industrial technology sector. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product lines that deliver value to customers. In-depth understanding of logistics and industrial processes, with a focus on solving industry challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a cross-functional product team. Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus. Experience working with product development tools and frameworks is a plus.
