Job Title: IT Specialist (CCNA Certified)

Location: Al Jurf industrial 2, AjmanDepartment: ITJob Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring network performance, security, and availability, while also providing support to end-users and optimizing network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Configuration and Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure the smooth operation of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, system performance, and security vulnerabilities.

Network Security: Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure from external threats.

Network Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance and recommend necessary improvements to ensure optimal speed and availability.

Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve IT-related issues and ensure seamless business operations.

System Updates: Apply software patches, firmware updates, and ensure network devices are running the latest versions.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for procurement and support of networking hardware and services.

Required Qualifications:

CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is mandatory.

Proven experience in managing and maintaining enterprise-level networks.

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.

Familiarity with network security best practices (firewalls, intrusion detection systems).

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.

Ability to work well in a team and communicate technical issues clearly.

Good understanding of cloud technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with network management tools and monitoring systems (e.x: GNS3)

Familiarity with Cisco devices and configurations.

Additional certifications such as CCNP or CompTIA Network+ are a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

Network Automation and Management: 5 years (Required)

CISCO IOS CLI: 5 years (Required)

CISCO ASA/FIREPOWER AND CISCO ISE: 5 years (Required)

SOLARWINDS NPM AND NETFLOW ANALYZER: 5 years (Required)
