This is not simply our job, it's our passion. The iconic New York Italian restaurant is coming to Atlantis The Royal next year. First opening over a decade ago in Manhattan, the restaurant serves up classic dishes such as veal parmesan to the linguine vongole. Picking up an impressive reputation in the US with celebs and the public alike since its initial launch, CARBONE has hosted everyone from Rihanna to Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Drake over the years. Soon it will aim to impress Dubai diners with the same flair, showcasing tuxedo-clad waiters and a dining room decorated in the style of 1950s New York City. About The Role As a Reception Manager at Carbone, you will be responsible for delivering five-star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile, and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories while dining with us! Forming strong relationships with guests staying in the hotel and its suites, local Dubai residents, and regulars will be an important aspect of the role. You will act as a 'sales ambassador', encouraging repeat custom, capturing new business, and communicating any special requests and needs of guests to the restaurant management team, contributing and playing a vital role in delivering a luxury and personalized service. You will demonstrate a deep knowledge and passion for the brand you represent and play an active role in building and managing the guest database, working closely with the PR and marketing teams to communicate any upcoming activity to the market, including special events, initiatives, and promotions. This role requires someone who is immaculately presented and an exceptional communicator who comfortably, positively, and professionally interacts with those around them. About You The successful candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry, guest experience, and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment. Willing to work flexible hours, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
