Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timeLocationNot specifiedFull job descriptionOversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.Lead and manage engineering teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal use and project success.Ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects, monitoring costs and identifying areas for savings.Work closely with other departments (e.g., design, manufacturing, sales) to coordinate project goals and timelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, etc.) or a related field.Min 4 years of experience in operations management within the engineering sector, including supervisory roles.Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and operational best practices.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
