BASIC FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE
Skilled Engineer able to undertake minor repairs and have good knowledge & experience of MEP Systems.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring all areas of the property are well maintained.
Basic aspects of maintaining state-of-the-art MEP related issues.
Having the ability to identify and resolve minor repairs and day-to-day maintenance.
Mechanical engineer focusing on HVAC OR has specialised certification in AC (diploma or any certification).
Should be technically strong in understanding mechanical issues with AC; should have a good understanding of different types of AC and how it operates.
Engaging and overseeing external specialist contractors, service providers and suppliers.
Maintaining security and communication systems and record keeping on a regular basis.
Knowledge and experience of operating a BMS for the above.
Knowledge of Crestron and Lutron systems or similar.
Regularly interacting with owners and attending to their related instructions.
Prior experience in working on high-end villa projects is essential.
Candidates with direct experience working for clients or from an architectural design company specialising in villa projects are preferred.
The candidate should exhibit a willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in the job.
Flexibility to work at odd hours is required.
Driving license is a requirement.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
English speaking is a must.
Minimum of 10+ years in the field.
Maintain highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
General understanding of building mechanical systems, appliances, technology and routine maintenance practices of these systems.
Hard-working, honest, dependable, self-motivated person.
Flexible to work and be on-call as needed.
