We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Team Lead for our Field Sales team to consistently and profitably meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team and by forecasting sales and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. In addition, the Team Manager is also responsible for hiring, training, and monitoring team members' performance; resolving customer complaints; and helping with closings when necessary.

In this role, you will:

Own and team performance in terms of achieving sales targets and other KPIs

Encourage team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

Forecast aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for individual team members and provides them with the support to meet these goals

Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members

Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

Ensure team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating

Identify process improvements within the Sales department, proposing ideas to ensure the team are working as efficiently as possible

Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Be present in the field, and shadow the team to ensure compliance with SOP and Workflow

Train and coach team members

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience in sales is necessary

Experience in managing teams to maintain and exceed agreed performance targets

Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills

Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same

Strong leadership abilities

Self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic and flexible with a strong desire to succeed

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills
