Starcom is part of Publicis Media—the global media solutions group which also encompasses Zenith, Spark Foundry and Digitas.Job DescriptionTechnical & ProductCreating unified insights across owned digital assets and providing performance recommendations.Providing and presenting strategic data-driven recommendations across channels to improve client decision-making and RFI.Serving as a client and internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurement.Evaluating new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnership, etc.Fostering creative thinking around how we use data, and how we could use data to solve unique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities: Media, Creative, CRM, and ecommerce.Supporting the integration and troubleshooting of data integrated tasks across the client's MarTech infrastructure.Business Acumen & Operational EfficiencyStrong client relationship and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects across teams.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Innovative & Analytical MindsetExperience with modern statistical learning methods: regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.Knowledge of digital data technologies: CDPs, DMPs, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.QualificationsBachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related educational concentration.3 to 5 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company.An understanding of the online advertising and martech landscape.Experience with managing external/client relations, including dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills and ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations.Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors.Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter, and proactive attitude.Ability to think of the bigger picture and link performance data to business actions.
