CCDS, a premier information technology and services company, is seeking a talented Saudi IT Support Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in providing high-quality technical support and consultation to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate efficiently and effectively.The IT Support Consultant will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues while offering expert guidance on optimal IT practices. You will interact closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive IT support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issuesConduct on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical problemsAssist clients in implementing and optimizing their IT systems and toolsDocument issues and resolutions in a timely manner, maintaining accurate recordsSupport IT system installations, configurations, and upgradesDeliver training and support to clients on IT processes and applicationsCollaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challengesStay updated on the latest IT solutions and technologies to provide informed recommendationsRequirementsSaudi Nationality is requiredBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or consultingStrong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applicationsProficient in diagnosing and resolving various IT-related issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitudeAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team settingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesBenefitsPrivate Family Health Insurance, Class APaid Time OffPerformance BonusDevelopment plan
