DescriptionWe are hiring a Reservations Manager who will work in our customer service and accept reservations for clients. Normally working at the reception of our hotel in a customer-facing position. Assist clients by telephone and in person, resolving their questions and organizing their travel plans or reservations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise reservation staff in their duties.Manage room reservations for large events such as weddings or other functions.Monitor billing arrangements.Manage inventories for hotel rooms.Train new staff in reservation processes.Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, organization, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential.This is a Full-Time on rotation job. Salary varies between 3k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience.
