Responsibilities include: Ownership and coordination of financial budget planning (CapEx and OpEx spend) - including tracking and reporting. Performance reporting and ownership on portfolio work which is delivered in a combined agile and nonagile manner. Inclusive of status, financials, risks, capacity/resource. Lead process improvement for Portfolio management - develop and mature portfolio management with a team of peer portfolio managers. Work with IT leaders and drive appropriate portfolio prioritization Drive portfolio management best practices and work with Delivery leaders, Scrum masters and IT Senior leaders to implement. Create and maintain a portfolio forecast.
