CNS (Computer Network Systems) is a technology company in the Middle East with over 30 years of successful achievements and long-term partnerships with distinct customers across the region.We are an IT distributor with expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Technology Enablement, IT Outsourcing, Cyber Security, Digital Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Blockchain.As part of the Ghobash Group of Companies, CNS operates across the region with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman, and Kuwait, providing a holistic approach that covers all aspects of information communication technology system integration, consultancy, operation, managed services, and IT outsourcing.CNS also has state-of-the-art network operation centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that develop in-house software and applications, providing end-to-end solutions to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionThe job holder shall be responsible for achieving yearly and quarterly targets assigned by the Sales Manager, winning projects, covering assigned market segments, and increasing the company's market share in those segments.Job Responsibilities:Protect CNS Interests:Protect and respect CNS confidentiality of all information related to all aspects of the business.Comply with all policies and processes within the company and cooperate with internal/external audits.Professionally represent the company's core values.Comply with ISO standards within the company.Plan and Forecast Projects from Prospective Customers:Stay updated on business trends and market changes.Establish a professional consultative relationship with clients, up to the C-level.Understand competitors to strategically position CNS's products and services.Sell the entire portfolio of CNS (Servers, Storage, Networking, Applications, Security, Virtualization, Backup, DR, Support, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Managed Services).Prepare a list of prospective customers and projects expected to finalize within the same financial year.Create and drive an accurate sales pipeline with revenue forecasting.Achieve targets through planned and forecasted prospects.Negotiate and win projects that create financial profit for CNS.Responsible for Achieving Yearly Quota:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets assigned by the Sales Manager.Win projects and develop new accounts.Enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Possess good knowledge of customer requirements and behavior.Have strong technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.Utilize escalation processes as needed.Engage appropriate resources to build value propositions, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close deals.Propose Technical and Commercial Solutions from CNS to Prospective Customers:Professionally represent the company.Align with principal partners to provide turnkey solutions.Prepare proposals and information accurately and submit properly.Propose solutions based on added value rather than price.QualificationsUniversity or Bachelor's degree.4+ years of experience in a similar role and industry.Accounts database in the Abu Dhabi region is a must.
