Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Female

Quantity Take-Offs:Assist in the measurement and quantification ofmaterials required for the project.Collaboratewith the Quantity Surveyor to ensure accurate and comprehensivequantity take-offs.CostEstimation: Support in thepreparation of detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, andequipment.Work closely with the QuantitySurveyor to analyze project specifications andrequirements.BudgetManagement: Assist indeveloping and maintaining project budgets, monitoringexpenditures, and ensuring cost control measures areimplemented.Collaborate with project teams totrack and report on budget variances.ContractualCompliance: Ensure adherenceto contractual terms and conditions related to cost and quantityaspects.Collaborate with legal and contractualteams to address any discrepancies orchanges.Documentation:Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records of all quantity surveyingactivities.Prepare reports and documentation forinternal and external stakeholders.Vendor andSubcontractor Coordination:Work closely with vendors and subcontractors toobtain accurate pricing and quotes.Assist in thenegotiation of contracts with suppliers andsubcontractors.Risk Analysis:Collaborate with project teams to identify andassess potential risks related to costs andquantities.Assist in developing risk mitigationstrategies.Value Engineering:Participate in value engineering exercises tooptimize project costs without compromisingquality.Provide recommendations for cost-savingmeasures.
